FeMo slips further on thin business
Ferro-molybdenum continued to fall on Wednesday with little reported business. Western-grade feroo-molybdenum dropped to $29-30.50 per kg from $30-31.50 per kg previously. Prices have now fallen nearly $15 per tonne from their 2009 peak of $42.75-44.10 in mid-August. “There is a general tendency for ferro-moly prices to soften as there is almost no business,” a producer said, adding that he had not done any deals this week…
