Chetan Dabriel, MD
Chetan founded the company in 2004 having worked for many years machining and fabricating refractory metals.
Having served a full apprenticeship at Vaccumatic in Harwich and subsequently working for a number of engineering companies including the previous China Special Metal Parts, Inc. Company which was taken over by H C Starke. Chetan has now 30 years of experience within the engineering market, he has built up a wealth of knowledge within this sector and is now running his own successful business.
Dave Edmunds, Sheet Metal Fabricator
Dave has many years knowledge and experience within the refractory metals fabrication market. He is an apprentice served engineer and there are few people with his level of skill in this field of engineering.
Steve Gulliver, Office Manager
Steve joined in 2010 with over 27 years experience in project and change management in a large multinational company, he is now responsible for the effective day to day running of the office.
Gillan Stanley, Machinist
A skilled CNC operator Gillan joined CSMPI in 2010 after working for a large aircraft system manufacturer for a number of years. As well as turning & milling Gillan also has experience in design and IT.
Charlie Hearn, Apprentice
Charlie is the newest recruit to CSMPI having joined as part of the Baoan Apprenticeship Scheme.
